Measurement of Traffic to the IBRC

	The KU IBRC currently employs a simple "hit counter" from http://www.sitemeter.com.
	Aggregate (not individual) information on the number of visits and the like is used in measuring the effectiveness of the IBRC site and diagnosing any design, content, or traffic-flow problems.
